CONDONING ALL ACCOUNTS FOR WATER AND ELECTRIC SERVICES OF EMPLOYEES LIVING IN THE MALACAÑANG BOYS QUARTERS.

In connection with Memorandum Order No. 135, dated November 29, 1965, exempting Malacañang personnel housed in the Malacañang Boys’ Quarters from the payment of water and electric current consumption, all accounts for such services standing against them as of November 29, 1965, are hereby condoned and shall he charged against any appropriate funds of this Office.1aшphi1
