[ Memorandum Order No. 34, June 23, 1966 ]

CREATING  A PROMOTIONS COMMITTEE II THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

There is hereby created a Promotions Committee in the Office of the President composed of the following:

Mr. Jeremias Flores	Chairman
Mr. Mariano Serrano	Member
Mr. Fernando C. Santico	Member
Mr. Aguinaldo Maaba	Member
Dr. Francisco Casanova	Member

The Committee shall screen and pass upon, for recommendation to the Executive Secretary, all proposals or recommendations for appointment, whether by promotion, transfer, or original recruitment, to any vacancies in the regular plantilla positions in the classified service in the Office of the President, taking into consideration the provisions of the Civil Service Law and rules and regulations and existing policies of the Office.

The Committee may adopt such rules and regulations governing its operation as it may deem necessary.1aшphi1

This Order shall take effect immediately.
