CREATING A COMMITTEE TO SCREEN NOMINEES FOR THE AWARD KNOWN AS ORDER OF THE GRIEVING HEART.

A committee is hereby created to screen nominees for the award known as the Order of the Grieving Heart instituted under Executive Order No. 20 dated April 12, 1966, composed of the following:

The Secretary of Education	Chairman
The Secretary of Foreign Affairs	Member
The Secretary of National Defense	Member

The committee shall submit its recommendations to the President from time to time.1aшphi1 It is empowered to issue rules and regulations governing the award, subject to the approval of the President.
