REVOKING THE AUTHORITY GRANTED TO CERTAIN EMPLOYEES IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT TO USE CIVIL SERVICE FORM NO. 48.

All authority granted to employees of this Office below the rank of Assistant Chief of Division to use Civil Service Form No. 43 in registering their time record in the office, is hereby revoked. With the exception of Chiefs and Assistant Chiefs of Divisions and other officials of similar or higher rank, officials and employees of this Office shall personally register their time of arrival at, and departure from, the office by means of the bundy clock.1aшphi1
