PRESCRIBING THE PROCEDURE IN SUBMITTING PAPERS FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY OR ANY OF THE ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE SECRETARIES.

To enhance speedy disposition of papers, it is desired that hereafter, matters for the consideration of the Executive Secretary or any of the Assistant Executive Secretaries be accompanied by proposed drafts of action pertinent thereto.1aшphi1

Compliance with this requirement is earnestly enjoined.
