[ Memorandum Order No. 16, January 18, 1966 ]

AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 8 WHICH DESIGNATED THE OFFICIALS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN OFFICIAL CORRESPONDENCE FOR AND IN BHEHALF OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY.

Paragraph No. 4 of Memorandum Order No. 8 of this Office dated January 5, 1966, designating the officials authorized to sign official correspondence for and in behalf of the Executive Secretary is hereby amended to read as follows:

“4. Mr. Jose O. Olaguera, Presidential Staff Assistant, Finance Division.

(a) Correspondence of routine character handled by the Finance Division;

(b) Payrolls, vouchers and requisitions for the Finance Division;

(c) Such other routine matters that may be assigned to him by the Financial Assistant.”

This order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
