AUTHORIZING MR. CESAR A. DUMLAO, FINANCIAL ASSISTANT, OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, TO SIGN TREASURY WARRANTS AND CHECKS ISSUED BY THIS OFFICE FOR PAYMENT AT ANY OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY OF THE FUNDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

Effective this date and until farther advice, Mr. Cesar A. Dumlao, Financial Assistant; is also authorized to sign treasury warrants and checks issued by this Office for payment at any depository of the funds of the Office of the President.1aшphi1
