AUTHORIZING MR. J. O. OLAGUERA, PRESIDENTIAL STAFF ASSISTANT, FINANCE DIVISION, TO SIGN ALL TREASURY WARRANTS AND CHECKS ISSUED BY THIS OFFICE FOR PAYMENT AT ANY OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY OF THE FUNDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

Effective immediately and until further advice, all trea­sury warrants and checks issued by this Office based on duly approved payrolls and vouchers by the Executive Secretary for payment at any official depository of the funds of the Office of the President shall be prepared for the signature of Mr. J. O. OLAGUERA, Presidential Staff Assistant, Finance Division.1aшphi1
