DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL TO SIGN PAPERS EMANATING FROM OR PERTAINING TO THE PRIVATE OFFICE.

In order to achieve efficient handling of papers in the Private Office, it is hereby directed that only the Acting Private Secretary, Mrs. Milagros Pulido, shall sign all correspondence, including vouchers, payrolls, memorandums, reference slips, requisitions, etc., emanating from or pertaining to the said Office.

All provisions of previous orders inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded or modified, as the case may be.1aшphi1

This Order shall take effect immediately.
