MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 107, November 24, 1964 ] REQUIRING ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE NATIONAL PROVINCIAL AND MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENTS IN SURIGAO DEL NORTE TO REPORT FOR RELIEF DUTY TO THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR THEREOF. In view of the destruction of public buildings in Surigao del Norte, all government employees therein, including teachers, ho are not working in activities pertaining to relief, reconstruction and rehabilitation, are required to help in relief work, if they have no regular work to do in their respective offices, pending resumption of their normal functions. For the purpose, they are required to report for relief duty to the Provincial Governor who shall make the necessary assignments to the various relief and rehabilitation services in the affected areas.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: JUAN S.
