MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 48, September 3, 1963 ] DESIGNATING THE AREA OF SUPERVISION OF THE THREE ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE SECRETARIES. In connection with Memorandum Order No. 47 dated September 3, 1963, entitled “Governing the Organization of the Office of the President and Certain General Matters of Procedure Therein,” Secretary Juan S. Cancio is hereby designated as the Assistant Executive Secretary for legal and administrative matters, Secretary Armand V. Fabella as the Assistant Executive Secretary for economic and financial matters, and Secretary Calixto O. Zaldivar as the Assistant Executive Secretary for social and political matters. They shall have direct control and supervision over the administrative units, and administrative responsibility for matters coming from the executive agencies and departments, as indicated in the aforementioned Memorandum Order No. 47.
