MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 31, May 28, 1963 ] ENJOINING OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT TO SECURE IDENTIFICATION CARDS For purposes of identification by members of the Malacañang Guards and the Presidential Security Service within the Malacañang Compound, including the Malacañang Park, all officials and employees of this office who have not as yet secured Identification Cards are hereby enjoined to submit immediately their Personal History Statement forms to the office of the Provost Office of Malacañang which shall provide the said forms and issue the corresponding identification cards.
