MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 26, April 22, 1963 ] PROHIBITING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF STORES WITHIN THE COMPOUND OF THE MALACAÑANG BOYS’ QUARTERS. Effective immediately, the Malacañang Boys’ Quarters shall be used exclusively for living quarters of the employees and the members of their families authorized to live therein under Memorandum Order No. 24, current series. All existing stores located within the compound of the said quarters shall be removed within one week from the date hereof and, henceforth, no store of any kind shall be allowed to be established therein. The Malacañang Provost Officer, in coordination with the Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds, shall see to it that the foregoing provisions are strictly complied with.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: SALVADOR L.
