DIOSDADO DEL ROSARIO TECHNICAL ASSISTANT IN THE FINANCE DIVISION, TO SIGN ALL TREASURY WARRANTS AND CHECKS IN THE AMOUNTS NOT EXCEEDING P5,000.00 ISSUED BY THIS OFFICE FOR PAYMENT AT ANY OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY OF THE FUNDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.
