MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 8, June 27, 1962 ] AUTHORIZING THE HOLDING OF AN ORIENTATION SEMINAR FOR OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THIS OFFICE ON THE PRESIDENT’S FIVE-YEAR INTEGRATED SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. The access of any nation-wide program of socio-economic development depends upon its appreciate by all the e affected both in and outside the government their sympathetic understanding of objectives and the means for their attainment. In order to enable the officials and employees in his Office to understand the Administration’s five-year integrated socio-economic development program, there is hereby authorized the holding of an orientation at the Community Assembly Hall, Malacañang Park, on July 3, 1962. Attached is a copy of the seminar schedule.1aшphi1 In view of the importance of this seminar, officials and employee in this Office are hereby authorized to attend said seminar. It is, however, desired that chiefs of divisions and other office units see to it that a sufficient number of personnel remain in their respective offices to attend to callers and urgent matters. All chiefs of divisions and other office units are also urged to submit a list of the participants in their respective divisions or units to the Administrative Division not later than Friday, June 29, 1962.
