All chiefs of divisions and other primary units in this Office are hereby urged to submit a full report of accomplishment of their respective divisions and units during the first one hundred days of the Administration.1aшphi1 The reports should be submitted to the Staff Secretariat not later than April 25, 1962, which shall in turn consolidate all the reports for the information of the President.
