REQUIRING CLOSE COORDINATION BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS DIVISION ON THE ONE HAND, AND THE PROTOCOL DIVISION, THE APPOINTMENTS DIVISION AND THE SOCIAL SECRETARY’S OFFICE, AS THE CASE MAY BE, ON THE OTHER, DURING STATE FUNCTIONS AND OTHER AFFAIRS.
Whenever state or social functions or other affairs are scheduled to be held at the Malacañang Palace or the Malacañang grounds, the Protocol Division, the Appointment Division or the Social Secretary’s Office in charge of the affair shall maintain close coordination with the Buildings and Grounds Division in order to insure adequate physical preparation of the premises, including such facilities as electric lights, public address system, platform, chairs and other items usually needed in such affairs.
Strict compliance herewith is hereby enjoined.1aшphi1
