MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 65, October 04, 2024 ] AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION OF CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE (CES) OFFICERS, ELIGIBLES AND ON-STREAM CANDIDATES FOR CES ELIGIBILITY IN THE 51ST FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY AND 2024 LIFELONG LEARNING FOR LEADERSHIP CONGRESS (CESCON) The Career Executive Service Bord will hold the 51st Founding Anniversary and 2024 CESCON from 5 to 6 November 2024 at the Philippine International Convention Center, with the theme "Pag-Ibig sa Bayan, CESerbisyong may Dangal." In view thereof, all CES officers, eligibles, and on-stream candidates for CES eligibility are authorized to attend the 51st Founding Anniversary and 2024 CESCON on official time, provided that this will not hinder the operations of their respective offices as well as the delivery of essential services to the public.ℒαwρhi৷ Expenses to be incurred by the participants shall be allowed at prescribed rates, in accordance with the existing policies of the Department of Budget and Management and the Commission on Audit.
