[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 31, September 19, 2023 ]

AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 17 (S. 2023) BY TRANSFERRING THE VENUE OF THE 2023 VOLLEYBALL WORLD BEACH PRO TOUR - CHALLENGE FROM TAGUIG CITY TO SANTA ROSA CITY, LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 17 (s. 2023) designated Taguig City as the official venue for the 2023 Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour - Challenge, which will be held from 30 November until 03 December 2023; and

WHEREAS, the Philippine National Volleyball Federation, Inc. recommended the change of venue of the 2023 Volleyball World Beach Tour - Challenge from Taguig City to Santa Rosa City, Laguna.

NOW, THEREFORE, all national government agencies and instrumentalities, including government-owned or -controlled corporations, are hereby directed, and all local govenrment units are hereby encouraged, to extend full support to the 2023 Volleyball World Beach Tour - Challenge which will be held from 30 November until 03 December 2023 in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.1aшphi1

The unaffected provisions of MC No. 17 shall remain in full force and effect. 

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
