AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE 20TH ANNUAL NATIONAL UNION OF CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE OFFICERS, INC. (NUCESO) CONFERENCE
The National Union of Career Executive Service Officers, Inc. will hold the 20th Annual NUCESO Conference on 27-29 October 2021 via Zoom platform.
This year's theme is "Leading Beyond: Reimagining Public Governance."
In this regard, all Career Executiver Service (CES) Officers, CES eligibles, Career Service Executive eligibles, and other third level officials, are encouraged to participate, and those interested may attend on official time, provided that they are issued the necessary clearances/authorities by their respective heads of office, and their participation in the said Conference will not adversely affect the operations of their offices, as well as the delivery of services to the public.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
