[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 91, October 22, 2021 ]
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE (CES) CONGRESS
The Career Executive Service Board will conduct the CES Lifelong Learning for Leadership Congress through virtual platform on 09-12 November 2021.
This year's theme is "Resillience 4.0 Courage, Agility and Future-Ready Leadership."
In view thereof, all CES officers, eligibles and eligibility on stream candidates are authorized to attend the CES Congress on official time, to the extent that will not impair the operations of their respective offices in the delivery of essential services to the public.
Expenses to be incurred by the participants shall be allowed at prescribed rates in accordance with the existing policies of the Department of Budget and Management and the Commission on Audit.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
