[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 84, December 15, 2020 ]
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE 19TH ANNUAL NATIONAL UNION OF CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE OFFICERS, INC. (NUCESO)CONFERENCE
The National Union of Career Executive Service Officers, Inc. will hold the 19th Annual NUCESO Conference on 17-18 December 2020 via Zoom platform.
This year's theme is "Recalibrating Strategies and interventions from the New Normal to the New Future."
In this regard, all Career Executive Service (CES) officers, CES eligibles, Career Service Executive eligibles and other third level officials, are encouraged to participate, and those interested may attend on official time, provided that they are issued the necessary clearances/authorities by their respective heads of office, and their participation in the said Convention wiil not adversely affect the operations of their offices, as well as the delivery of services to the public.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
