[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 75, January 13, 2020 ]

Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), and to ensure safety, work in government offices and classes in all levels in the Province of Batangas shall continue to be suspended on 14 January 2010 onwards until further directed by the local government units concerned.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.

The private sector in the Province of Batangas is highly encouraged to suspend work for the safety of their employees.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
