[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 74, January 12, 2020 ]

Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), and to ensure safety, work in government offices and classes at all levels in Region 111, CALABARZON and National Capital Region are hereby suspended on 13 January 2020.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.

The private sector is highly encouraged to suspend work for the safety of their employees.Ꮮαwρhi৷

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
