[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 70, November 07, 2019 ]
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE (CES) CONGRESS
The Career Executive Service Board will hold the CES Lifelong Learning for Leadership Congress on 20-22.November 2019 at the Taal Vista Hotel, Tagaytay City.
This year's theme is "GREATful Leadership: Performance, Positivity and Possibilities towards a Resilient Society."
In view thereof, all CES officers, eligibles and eligibility on-stream candidates are hereby authorized to attend the Congress on official time, to the extent that will not impair the operations of their respective offices, as well as the delivery of services to the public.
Expenses to be incurred by the participants shall be allowed at prescribed rates, in accordance with the existing policies of the Department of Budget and Management and the Commission on Audit.1âшphi1
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
