MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 46, June 11, 2018 ] Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), and in view of the continuing inclement weather, work in the executive department and classes in all levels in Metro Manila, are hereby suspended effective 3:00 PM today, 11 June 2018. However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services, shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.
