[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 20, July 06, 2017 ]

DIRECTING ALL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND INSTRUMENTALITIES, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED OR - CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS, AND ENCOURAGING LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS, TO EXTEND SUPPORT TO THE 19TH ASIAN SENIOR WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

WHEREAS,the Larong Volleyball sa Pilipinas, Inc. will host the 19th Asian Senior Womwn's Volleyball Championship 2017, which will be held from 09 to 17 August 2017 at Biñan, Laguna; and

WHEREAS,the hosting of said sporting event in the Philippines will bring international prestige, publicity, goodwill, and economic benefits to the country;

NOW, THEREFORE,all government agencies and instrumentalities, including government-owned or -controlled corporations, are hereby directed and all local government units are encouraged, to extend full support to the 19th Asian Senior Women's Volleyball Championship 2017.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
