[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 69, September 12, 2014 ]
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE 13TH ANNUAL CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE (CES) CONFERENCE
The Career Executive Service Board (CESB) and the National Union of Career Executive Service Officers, Inc. (NUCESCO) will celebrate the 41 st Anniversary of the CES culminating with the 13 th Annual CES Conference on 12-14 November 2014 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino, Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City.
To situate CES leaders in the age of digital democracy, this year’s conference theme is “Leadership Excellence in the Digital Era: From Nation–Building to Global Governance.”
In view thereof, all heads of government agencies, departments, bureaus and offices shall authorize their respective CES officers and eligibles to attend and participate in this 13th Annual CES National Conference, on official business.
Expenses to be incurred by the participants shall be allowed at prescribed rates accordance with the existing policies of the Department of Budget ad Management (DBM) and the Commission on Audit (COA), and since the conduct of this conference is considered a core function of the CESB, the same is not subject to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 103 (s. 2014).1âшphi1
