[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 67, July 15, 2014 ]

Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) and in view of the inclement weather brought about by Typhoon “Glenda,” work in government offices and classes in all levels, both public and private, in the National Capital Region and in areas under Typhoon Signal 2 are hereby suspended tomorrow, 16 July 2014.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital public services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.1âшphi1

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
