AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF CONCERNED PERSONNEL IN DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, AND AGENCIES OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT, LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS, GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS WITH ORIGINAL CHARTERS, AND STATE UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES IN THE 2011 MORAL RECOVERY PROGRAM (MRP) CONVENTION SEMINAR ON NOVEMBER 9-11, 2011
The Moral Recovery Officers Foundation, Inc. will hold the 2011 Moral Recovery Program (MRP) Convention-Seminar on November 9-11, 2011 at the Balanghai Hotel, Butuan City.1âшphi1
In this connection, concerned personnel in departments, bureaus, and agencies of the national government, local government units, government-owned and controlled corporations with original charters, and state universities and colleges are hereby authorized to participate in the above-mentioned Convention on official time only, at no cost to the government, except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
