MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 21-A, October 20, 2011 ] AMENDING THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 21 (s. 2011) BY CHANGING THE VENUE FROM ZAMBOANGA CITY TO PASAY CITY The first paragraph of Memorandum Circular No. 21 (s.2011) is hereby amended to read as follows: “The Career Executive Service Board (CESB) and the National Union of Career Executive Service Officers (NUCESO) will hold the 2011 Annual Career Executive Service (CES) Conference on 9-11 November 2011 at The Heritage Hotel Manila, Roxas Boulevard corner EDSA, Pasay City. This year’s conference theme is “Taas noo, CESO! Pamumunong Tapat at Wasto, Dangal at Gating ng Serbisyo.” This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.1âшphi1 Manila, Philippines, 20th day of October 2011.
