MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 190

In order to give the people the full and uninterrupted opportunity to ponder the significance of the Holy Week and to properly observe its traditions with religious fervor, work in all government offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations, will be suspended today, March 31, 2010 at 12:00 noon. Government agencies performing vital functions shall, however, maintain a skeletal work force to ensure delivery of services and continuity of their operations.1aшphi1

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
