[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10, December 14, 2010 ]
EXTENDING THE SUBMISSION OF THE MEDIUM-TERM PHILIPPINE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (MTPDP) FOR 2011-2016
Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 3 the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) shall coordinate the preparation of the MTPDP and the Medium-Term Public Investment Program for (MTPIP) 2011-2016 to be jointly formulated by the executive and legislative branches of the government in a participative process involving the other sectors of the Philippine society, the marginalized sectors and communities, and private organizations.1âшphi1
In view of the series of workshops and consultations on the “Social Contract with the Filipino People” and the adjournment of the Congressional Sessions from 18 December 2010 to 16 January 2011, the date of submission of the MTPDP 2011-2016 is hereby moved to first week of February 2011.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
