MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 158, July 21, 2008 ] AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF ALL GOVERNMENT LAWYERS IN GREATER MANILA REGION IN IBP's REGIONAL CONVENTION AND MCLE SEMINAR The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Greater Manila Region, will be holding its Regional Convention and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on August 9 and 10, 2008, at the Pearl Manila Hotel, Ermita, Manila, and on August 14 to 16, 2008 at the Manila Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.1âшphi1 In this connection, all government lawyers in Greater Manila Region (Manila I to IV and Quezon City Chapter) are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention and Seminar, on official time, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
