MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 152, April 09, 2008 ] AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF ALL GOVERNMENT LAWYERS IN NORTHERN LUZON REGION IN IBP's REGIONAL CONVENTION AND MCLE SEMINAR The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Northern Luzon Region, will be holding its Regional Convention and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on April 15, to 17, 2008 at the Baguio Country Club, Baguio City. In this connection, all government lawyers in Northern Luzon Region (Abra, Baguio-Benguet, Batanes, Cagayan, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Isabela, Kalinga-Apayao, La Union, Mt. Province, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino) are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention and Seminar on official time, at no post to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
