The NDCP Symposium and Convention will be a good opportunity for the alumni to enhance their expertise in governance and decision-making.1aшphi1 In this connection, alumni of NDCP who are working in the government sector are authorized to attend, on official time, the 44th Foundation Anniversary and Alumni Convention and Homecoming to be held on August 10, 2007, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, and a Symposium to be held on same date from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. By authority of the President: (SGD.)
