MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 127, February 7, 2007 ] AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF ALL LAWYERS IN THE GOVERNMENT SERVICE IN THE 11TH NATIONAL CONVENTION OF LAWYERS The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) will sponsor the 11th National Convention of Lawyers on March 29 to 31, 2007 at the LKK Atrium, Limketkai Mall, Cagayan de Oro City, with the theme “Lawyers & the Law; Resilience Amidst Trying Times”.1aшphi1 In this connection, all lawyers in the government service are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention on official time only, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
