MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 97, February 22, 2006 ] AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF LAWYERS IN THE IBP CENTRAL LUZON REGION (BATAAN, NUEVA ECIJA, PAMPANGA, PANGASINAN, TARLAC AND ZAMBALES) TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (MCLE) SEMINAR The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)-Central Luzon Chapter will hold its Convention and MCLE Seminar on March 29 to April 1, 2006 at the Holiday Inn Resort (Mimosa Leisure Estate), Clark Field, Pampanga. In consideration of the MCLE compliance requirement for active IBP members, lawyers in various government agencies and local government units in Central Luzon Region are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned convention and seminar on official time only, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided that such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices, as well as the delivery of services to the public.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
