HRH Network aims to address issues and problems pertaining to human resources for health management and development. The launching of the HRH Network and the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding will be on October 25, 2006 at 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Manila Pavilion, United Nations, Manila.1aшphi1 In this connection, the above mentioned departments and offices are hereby authorized to attend the launching of said HRH Network, on official time only, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries.
