[ Memorandum Circular No. 107, July 23, 2006 ]

In view of the continuous heavy rains and the flooding of the streets in Metro Manila caused by typhoon “GLENDA”, work in all government offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations, will be suspended tomorrow, July 24, 2006 in the National Capital Region. Government agencies performing vital functions shall, however, maintain a skeletal work force to ensure delivery of services and continuity of their operations.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
