MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 86, August 03, 2005 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE TO THE 42ND FOUNDATION DAY AND ALUMNI CONVENTION AND HOMECOMING FELLOWSHIP OF THE NATIONAL DEFENSE COLLEGE OF THE PHILIPPINES The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) will celebrate its 42nd Foundation Day Anniversary and Alumni Convention and Homecoming on August 10 to 12, 2005 at the NDCP Honor Hall and NDCP Auditorium. The NDCP Symposium and Convention will be a good opportunity for the alumni to enhance their expertise in governance and decision-making. In this connection, alumni of NDCP who are working in the government sector are authorized to attend, on official time, the 42nd Foundation Anniversary and Alumni Convention and Homecoming to be held on August 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the NDCP Honor Hall, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City and a Symposium to be held on same date from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the NDCP Auditorium.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
