AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 69 DATED SEPTEMBER 15, 2004, ENTITLED "AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS IN THE NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNERS"

In support of the government’s austerity measures and to enable more members to participate in the 35th Foundation Day Anniversary and National Convention of the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners, Memorandum Circular No. 69 dated September 15, 2004 is hereby amended by changing the date of the said Convention from October 29-30, 2004 to November 12-13, 2004, and venue from Century Park Hotel to the Occupational Health and Safety Center at the North Avenue, Quezon City.1âшphi1
