MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 44, July 21, 2003 ] ALLOWING ATTENDANCE TO THE 40TH FOUNDATION DAY AND ALUMNI CONVENTION AND HOMECOMING FELLOWSHIP OF THE NATIONAL DEFENSE COLLEGE OF THE PHILIPPINES The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) will celebrate its 40 Foundation Day Anniversary and Alumni Convention and Homecoming on August 11 to 13, 2003 at the NDCP Honor Hall and NDCP Auditorium. The theme for this year's celebration is "Pambansang Katiwasayan: Tungkulin ng Bawa't Mamamayan." The NDCP Symposium and Convention will be a good opportunity for the alumni to enhance their expertise in governance and decision-making.1âшphi1 In this connection, alumni of DNCP who are working in the government sector are allowed to attend, on official time, the 40th Foundation Anniversary and Alumni Convention and Homecoming to be held on August 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the NDCP Honor Hall and a Symposium to be held on August 13, 2003 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the NDCP Auditorium. Registration fee in the amount of P300.00 per participant will be charged against funds of their respective agencies/offices for the 3-day celebration, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
