MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 43

Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Coordinating Council and in view of the continuing inclement weather brought about by typhoon "Harurot", work in all government offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations, in Regions I, II, III, IV, V, Cordillera Administrative Region, the National Capital Region and the Province of Northern Samar is hereby suspended effective 12:01 P.M. today.

It is understood that vital government agencies concerned with rescue operations and manning other vital public services should maintain effective skeletal forces in their respective offices until 5:00 p.m. or beyond as the exigency of the services requires.1âшphi1

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
