MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 41, May 27, 2003 ] AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF PERSONNEL FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS, THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT, THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE METRO MANILA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN THE 33RD NATIONAL ROAD SAFETY CONVENTION ON MAY 28-31, 2003 AT THE HOTEL SUPREME, BAGUIO CITY The Safety Organization of the Philippines, Inc. (SOPI), a civic non-profit, technical and professional organization, will hold its 33rd National Road Safety Convention on May 28-31, 2003 at the Hotel Supreme, Baguio City. In this connection, personnel from the above-mentioned agencies involved in road safety operations and enforcement, policy, rules and regulation formulation on the subject are hereby authorized to participate in the Convention, subject to the discretion of the office head concerned, provided that there will be no disruption in the operations of the respective offices, and subject to the availability of funds for the purpose. Participants shall submit to their respective unit/heads a complete report of their attendance or participation in said Convention and echo whatever they learned from the convention to the rest of the staff in their respective offices.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
