[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 40, May 28, 2003 ]

MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 40

In view of the continuos heavy rains and the flooding of the streets in Metro Manila today caused by typhoon "CHEDENG", work in all government offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations, is hereby suspended the whole day today. Government agencies performing vital functions shall, however, maintain a skeletal work force to ensure delivery of services and continuity of their operations.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.1âшphi1
