Iloilo Chapter and the University of the Philippines Law Center to be held at the Amigo Terrace Hotel, Iloilo City, is hereby amended so as to change the date of the activity to November 26-27, 2002, instead of November 6-7, 2002, as previously authorized, on official time only, that is, at no cost to the government, except payment of their salaries.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
