AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE 26TH UNITED ARCHITECTS OF THE PHILIPPINES ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION
The United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) will hold its 26th Annual Convention on April 13-15, 2000 at the Manila Hotel with the theme “UAP at 25: Coming of Age in The New Millennium.”
In this connection, heads of departments and agencies in both the local and national governments, including government owned and controlled corporations and government financial institutions, may authorize the attendance of one (1) UAP-member architect per agency to the said Convention on official time, that is, no government expense is involved, and provided that there will be no disruption of normal office activities/services in their respective agencies by reason thereof.1âшphi1
The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a complete report on their participation in the Convention. Likewise, the UAP is requested to submit to this Office a general report and evaluation of the Convention, including a list, by office, of participants therein, copy furnished the Civil Service Commission and the Professional Regulation Commission.
