AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE 13th REGIONAL PNA ASSEMBLY
The Philippine Nurse Association (PNA) will hold its 13th Regional Assembly in General Santos City on August 15-16, 1997 on the theme “Sharing the Health Challenge.”
In recognition of the need for continuing education in nursing to further upgrade the country’s health care standards, heads of concerned departments, agencies and other government entities in both national and local governments are hereby enjoined to send not more than two (2), registered nurses to attend the Assembly on official time only, that is, no government expense outside of salary is involved in connection therewith and provided further that there will be no disruption of normal office activities services in their respective offices by reason thereof.1aшphi1
The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a complete report on their respective agency heads a complete report on their attendance in the assembly. Likewise, PNA is requested to submit to the Civil Service Commission a general report on the assembly, including a list by Office, of participants from the government.
