[ Memorandum Circular No. 159, May 26, 1997 ]

In view of the inclement weather brought about by continuous heavy rains with isolated thunderstorm, all government offices, including government owned and controlled corporations, are hereby suspended effective 8:00 oclock a.m. today. Government agencies performing vital functions shall, however, maintain a skeletal work force to continue their operations.

Government offices shall resume normal services at the start of business hours on 27 May 1997.1aшphi1

This Circular takes effect immediately.
